PQM MANAGEMENT FIELD TRIP TO RUCIKA

PQM Management Field Trip is a forum for practitioners and business owners to gather for sharing and benchmarking, to see first-hand implementation in the field. We believe this activity will provide insight to make improvements in the organization for the advancement of industries in Indonesia.

Rucika is the only company in the building materials industry that received the "TPM Excellence Award - Category B" given by JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance).

Rucika - Karawang Factory is also a pilot for the development of digitization which can be seen directly during the Plant Tour, along with training aids as a commitment to employee development, and shopfloor excellence corner as a place to communicate-learn-exchange ideas in the production area.
